Cesar Millan of National Geographic Channel's The Dog Whisperer is seeking new cases for the third season of his widly successful show. Submissions, in the form of a 5-7 minute video showing at least 3 instances of the dog's bad behavior, are being accepted from only the following cities:

• Los Angeles, CA
• Minneapolis, MN
• San Francisco, CA
• Seattle, WA
• Miami, FL
• Washington, DC
• New York, NY

The show also lists specific problems in which they are interested:

• Dogs fearful of thunderstorms or fireworks.
• Dog trainers that have dogs with unsolvable problems.
• Professional dog walkers with uncontrollable packs.
• Mobile pet groomers that have trouble with some of their clients.
• Mobile veterinarians who encounter problems on their routes.
• Extremely aggressive dogs.
