Reward for Chevy's Killer Balloons to $20,000

The reward being offered by the Humane Society of the US for any information leading to the arrest of the monster who beheaded Crystal Brown's Australian Shepherd-mix Chevy has grown to $20,000. The gift-wrapped head of Chevy, who was Crystal's therapy dog, was left on Crystal's doorstep.
This sum is the largest reward ever offered by the Humane Society for any case.
The Humane Society said this case prompted an unprecedented response not just because of the brutality toward a pet.
"We know that someone who is capable of doing this kind of thing to an animal, is surely capable of turning around and doing it to a human being," said Jill Fritz of the Humane Society of the U.S.
Additionally, police are eyeing a suspect in the case, although there has been no arrest.
Anyone with information regarding the monster who commited this terroristic crime should contact Saint Paul (Minnesota) Police at 651-266-5659.
Anyone wishing to donate to the "Justice for Chevy" fund can do so at The Humane Society Web Site.
