Troy Cabral (23), the second of two men suspected in the videotaped Los Angeles dognapping of 5 Yorkshire Terriers last week, surrendered to police Sunday morning. His alleged accomplice Ryan Betton (19) surrendered last Friday night. The dogs, 4 Yorkshire Terrier puppies and a full-grown Yorkie named Tan-ja, were stolen at gunpoint on February 23. Three of the puppies and Tan-ja were returned home on Saturday. The fourth puppy remains missing.

Both men were booked for investigation of residential robbery and released on $100,000 bail.

Officer Mike Lopez, an LAPD spokesman, said he didn't know if the men had retained attorneys or would request public defenders at their first court date.
